With over ten years of stage and production experience, Urban Visuals can help design your live stage show, whether it is a small-scale single performance, multi-stage festival, or large tour.

Projecting both live camera feeds and preproduced visuals on video, film, and slide, onto inflatable props and custom-designed screens, we work in concert with lighting designers to provide an explosive visual presentation for any genre of music or performance.

When event producers and designers need an innovative and effective way to communicate a concept, they call Urban Visuals. We have provided projection and design services for several major film studios as well as a collection of local designers.

In addition to our expertise in customized projection techniques, we are also a team of motion graphic and video production experts. We create unique and captivating imagery for broadcast and distribution as well as for use in our own projection environments.

At Urban Visuals, we work with production and special event coordinators, film and television designers, music industry promoters, nightclubs and other entertainment venues. Some major companies we have worked with include Chanel, the CBC, Diesel Jeans, House of Blues, Jillian's Entertainment, Muchmusic, New Line Cinema, and Warner Bros.

We have worked in Australia, England, France, Japan, Italy, Malaysia, and across Canada and the US.

Three terms came up repeatedly in conversations in the early- to mid-nineties: “virtual reality,” “multimedia,” and “cyberspace.” Our goal was to create a physical, three-dimensional example of what had as yet existed only in cyberspace; projection, both analog and digital, seemed the most likely medium to make that happen.
